Palestine Medical Council (PMC) developed the PMC mobile application (PMC) and website (pmc.ps). This document outlines our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use the App or Website, as well as the terms and conditions governing your use of these services.
By using the App or Website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not use the App or Website.

Data Collection
We collect the following types of data:
- Personal Data: Usernames, email addresses, IP addresses, birth date, ID number, and phone number.
- Non-Personal Data: Anonymous usage statistics, app crashes, and performance data.
- Location Data: We do NOT collect any location data.

We do may share your personal data with a third parity stakeholders:
1. Ministry of Health – Palestine State.
2. Medical Association – Jerusalem Center.
When sharing data for legal compliance, we ensure appropriate data protection measures are in place.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Retention and Deletion

You may request the deletion of your account and associated data via the App’s settings or by contacting us. However, we may be required to retain certain data for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.
Children's Privacy
Our App and Website do not target children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
